The yacht
Avallónë
Avallónë is a Lagoon Sixty5, from Lagoon's premium line, built in small numbers and finished like a private yacht. Her long, clean lines hide a remarkable amount of space: a saloon flooded with light, wide side decks, a forward cockpit, and a flybridge with the helm, a lounge and a table under the open sky.
She is a yacht for groups who want to be together without being on top of one another. Breakfast aft, a book forward, sundowners up top; there is always another place to be.
Best for Larger families and groups of friends; celebrations; guests who want more space and more service.

The menu
Created by a Three-Star Chef
The menu on Avallónë was created for her guests by Jacob Jan Boerma, the Dutch three-Michelin-star chef who led De Leest for 17 years. Regional produce, international influences, and a sharing concept: plates in the middle of the table for everyone.
Menus are agreed with you before you board, around your tastes and allergies.
