The yacht

Valinor

Valinor is a Lagoon 55, the model named Multihull of the Year at the British Yachting Awards 2021, and you feel why the moment you step aboard. The aft cockpit opens onto the water like a terrace. The saloon is wrapped in glass, so the sea is always in view. Forward, a second lounge catches the breeze at anchor, and the flybridge is the place for the last light of the day.

With a draft of just 1.55 m she slips into coves that larger yachts pass by. That is the point of this boat: closer to the shore, closer to the water, closer to each other.

The menu on Valinor was created for her guests by Jacob Jan Boerma, the Dutch three-Michelin-star chef who led De Leest for 17 years. Regional produce, international influences, and a sharing concept: plates in the middle of the table for everyone.
